Trespassing Teens & Minor Vandalism

Members - Unfortunately, we have observed several teens who are not members of the Club trespassing on the property. On one occasion, they vandalized a restroom. The Board is asking for your help addressing the situation to ensure we continue to have a safe, enjoyable atmosphere and avoid any repair costs caused by damage to the property.

How can you help?

  • If you're at the Club playing tennis or walking through the lot, please keep an eye out for teens who are not playing tennis. Periodically, they have been using the playset between 3:00PM and 9:00PM and using the restroom, which was recently vandalized.
  • If you are comfortable addressing the teens, politely ask them if they are members. If they are not members or are not a guest of a member who is on the property, politely ask them to leave the Club's property.
  • If you are not comfortable interacting with the teens and would like to report the behavior, please send an e-mail to with the date, time, and general description of the teens
  • If you see anything suspicious or illegal, please call 911 immediately.

What are we doing?

  • As a reminder, the Club is under surveillance 24 hours a day.
  • We have engaged the Dunwoody Police. Officer Stephens will be sending a message to patrol units asking them to increase patrols and utilize the lot to write up reports.
  • I have stopped by the Club and asked some of the teens to stay off the property. Unfortunately, at least one of them chose to return on a later date.
  • We will be working to change the outdoor restroom and tennis court access codes.
  • If the trespassing and/or vandalism continues, we will ask for your help identifying the teens so that we can address the issue with parents, guardians, and/or the Dunwoody Police.

Feel free to contact me for additional information.
